References to JA Resorts & Hotels, “we”, “us”, “our” or similar, mean JA Resorts & Hotels LLC, a limited liability company organised and existing under the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, including its branches (JA The Resort, JA Ocean View, JA Sports Centre and Shooting Club), subsidiaries and sister companies (including Hatta Fort Hotel LLC and JARH Maldives Pvt Ltd), and their respective owners, operators, officers, managers and employees.
References to “hotel” or “hotels” mean JA Palm Tree Court, JA Beach Hotel, JA Lake View Hotel, JA Ocean View Hotel, JA Oasis Beach Tower, JA Hatta Fort Hotel, JA Manafaru, JA Enchanted Island Resort, and any other properties owned and/or operated by us from time to time. References to restaurants and other services include Bateaux Dubai, JA Sports Centre and Shooting Club, and any other restaurants or outlets owned or operated by us from time to time.
References to “you” or “your” mean the person named in the booking and all persons travelling with you or joining you (the “Booking Party”). The person making the reservation confirms that they have authority to agree to these Booking Terms on behalf of the whole party and consents to providing the required Booking information under our Privacy Policy.
