Whatever your request no matter how big or small the concierge team are there to plan and help and make your stay be as memorable as possible.  They pride themselves on their acute knowledge of the hotel and surrounding area. We firmly believe the concierge team will make your stay even more memorable.

We’re delighted to welcome well-behaved dogs to Mar Hall. Dogs are welcome in our Spa Garden Suites only, where they’ll enjoy direct access to the grounds for easy outdoor strolls.

A nightly fee of £50 per dog applies. To make your pup feel right at home, a dog bed and water bowl will be provided for the duration of your stay and placed in your room by our Housekeeping or Concierge team.

Dogs can enjoy exploring the estate gardens and relaxing in our outdoor dining areas.

Please note that dogs are not permitted in any indoor public spaces where food is served, including The Gallery, The Dining Room, Slàinte, il Posto and the Spa. For the comfort and safety of all guests, dogs must be kept on a lead at all times while on the hotel grounds, and owners are kindly asked to clean up after their pets.

On arrival, guests will be asked to complete a Dog Disclaimer form. A member of our reception team will be happy to assist with this.

Our dog friendly policy does not apply to registered service animals, who are welcome throughout all areas of the hotel.
